At Smileactives, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your brighter smile. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products, including any used or unused portions, into the original packaging or a sturdy box along with your order confirmation slip.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using a traceable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
